Partial Home Inspection

Partial home inspections are designed for the individuals that understand some of the compoents of a home and are not sure about other components.

This inspection package allowes you to have only a portion of a home inspected. Some of our favorite customers are individuals in the construction trades. Most of these individuals understand how to determine the condition of the components related to their trade. However, they may not be comfortable acessing the condition of the rest of the components of the home, that they are not famillar with.

If you understand the condition of a component of the home and do not need our opinion on that component we will omitt it from the report. This may reduce the cost of the inspection depending on what component is omitted.

Some individuals would like an opinion just for the foundation or a roof. A partial home inspection and pricing would apply to this type of request, also.
